So after a 10am departure from Kent & Sussex we have finally made it to Dumfries. There were many laughs, a few frustrating stops in traffic, and a lot of coffee breaks…but we are here and feeling very thankful to be in our accommodation by 7pm. All that is left for this evening is to have a quick walk around town, get a sneaky peak at the Dumfries Ice Bowl, and get some quality rest in before a very busy day tomorrow. A 2 hour practice session begins at 10am, followed by matches at 2pm and 8:30pm. Thanks for all the “good luck” comments so far, keep an eye on the site for reports, scores, and standings after each game.
